Terms of service
Last updated 30 October 2026. Clientlo is operated by Provixon.
Who these terms are for
Clientlo is a business-to-business service. These terms apply to businesses that Provixon has accepted onto Clientlo, and to anyone using this website. Access is by application.
The service
Clientlo helps a business manage its WhatsApp enquiries as cases with owners, deadlines and outcomes. Specific features, fees and support are set out in the agreement made with each business.
Your responsibilities
- You own and control the WhatsApp number you connect, and you comply with WhatsApp's and Meta's terms and policies.
- You are responsible for the content of your messages, your prices and tax rules, and the quotes your staff send.
- You have a lawful basis to process your customers' data and you give them any required notices.
- You keep your staff accounts secure and remove people who leave.
- Meta's message charges are billed by Meta directly to your business.
Data
You remain the controller of your customers' data. Clientlo processes it as your processor under your instructions, as described in the privacy policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use Clientlo for unlawful messaging, bulk unsolicited messaging, or to attempt to access another business's data. We may suspend access to protect the service or other businesses.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Clientlo running but do not promise uninterrupted service unless an agreement says so. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited as set out in your agreement.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will tell accepted businesses about material changes. Questions: hello@clientlo.com.
