Two kinds of data

This policy covers (1) visitors to this website and applicants for founding access, and (2) the customer messages that businesses process in Clientlo.

Website visitors and applicants

If you apply, you send us your name, business details, WhatsApp number and a short description by email. We use it to reply, assess fit and plan onboarding. We do not sell it. We keep it only as long as needed for that purpose, then delete it on request.

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address. We do not run advertising trackers.

Customer messages inside Clientlo

When a business uses Clientlo, the business is the controller of its customers' messages and related data. Clientlo, operated by Provixon, is the processor and acts only on the business's instructions.

• We process messages, contact details, files, notes, quotes and outcomes so the business can run its enquiries.
• Each business's data is kept separate from every other business.
• Our staff do not read customer chats unless the business grants time-limited, recorded access for support.
• We use service providers (for example hosting, the WhatsApp Cloud API from Meta, and an optional AI model) to deliver the service. They process data under our instructions.
• Retention periods are agreed with each business and apply to its customers' documents.

Your rights

If you are a business's customer, contact that business first about access, correction or deletion. We will help the business respond. If you are a visitor or applicant, write to us and we will act on your request.

Security

We use access controls, separation between businesses, encryption of credentials and audit records. No system is perfect. We will tell affected businesses without undue delay if an incident affects their data.
